The RS485 VOC, NOx, Temperature & Humidity Sensor (S-AQI-01A) is a compact multi-parameter air quality sensor designed for indoor environment monitoring. Built with the Sensirion SGP41 sensor, it accurately measures VOC and NOx indexes while providing temperature, humidity, and dew point readings for comprehensive air quality analysis. With 1-second measurement updates, the sensor provides real-time air quality data for monitoring and control systems. It supports RS485 Modbus RTU communication and a wide 5–28 V DC power input, making it easy to integrate into air purifiers, HVAC systems, and other smart environmental monitoring solutions. The IP50 wall-mounted enclosure supports flexible installation, while built-in surge, reverse polarity, TVS, and ESD protection ensure stable operation in various applications. Ideal for indoor air quality monitoring, scientific research, laboratories, warehouses, cold chain facilities, and demand-controlled ventilation systems.
Comprehensive Indoor Air Quality Monitoring: Measures VOC index, NOx index, temperature, humidity, and dew point in a single device. The integrated Sensirion SGP41 MOX sensor provides reliable VOC and NOx index values for evaluating indoor air quality, while the built-in temperature and humidity sensing delivers additional environmental context essential for understanding overall air conditions. High Accuracy with Configurable Calibration: Provides both original and calibrated values for temperature, humidity, and dew point. Configurable temperature and humidity offset calibration allows users to compensate for installation-specific conditions and improve measurement accuracy in different environments. Flexible RS485 System Integration: Uses RS485 Modbus-RTU for reliable long-distance communication and supports multiple sensors on one bus. Configurable device address (0–255), baud rate (1200–38400 bps), parity, stop bits, and data format simplify integration with PLCs, data loggers, controllers, and monitoring systems. Low-Power Design for Flexible Deployment: The sensor operates on a wide 5–28V DC power supply with a quiescent current below 5 mA at 12 V DC, making it suitable for energy-efficient and battery-powered applications. The compact IP50 wall-mounted enclosure enables easy installation, while built-in reverse-polarity, surge, TVS, and ESD protection ensure reliable operation. Note: Please note that this sensor is designed for indoor use and is not suitable for direct outdoor installation. The IP50 enclosure provides protection against dust and is not waterproof, please avoid exposure to rain, water splashes, or high-moisture environments. LoRaWAN® Connectivity with SenseCAP S2100 SenseCAP S2100 Data Logger can connect to Modbus RS485/Analog/GPIO industrial sensors including the Grow Your Idea and transmit data from sensors to the LoRaWAN network. Benefiting from its high robustness and waterproof and dustproof enclosure, the S2100 data logger can work under harsh environments such as high UV exposure, heavy rain, dusty conditions, etc.

Purchasing Guidelines▼
- Full payment is required before an order can proceed to fulfillment and shipment.

- Hardware orders may be cancelled for a full refund before allocation, custom preparation, packing, or dispatch begins.
- If a bank payment is confirmed after the selected production batch has closed, the Customer may choose the next available batch or request a full refund.
- Approved refunds are initiated within seven business days and are returned through the original payment method, subject to the applicable verification requirements.
Warranty Policy▼
- Eligible hardware purchased directly from {brandname} is covered by a 365-day warranty starting from the date of delivery.
- Warranty coverage is verified through the product serial number and the original sales record.
- Covered faults include verified manufacturing defects, internal component failures not caused by the Customer, delivery damage, and hardware received in a non-operational condition.
- Depending on the technical findings, the resolution may include remote diagnosis, replacement parts, repair, or an equivalent replacement.
- For approved warranty repairs, {brandname} covers standard return shipping after the repair or replacement is completed.
- The Customer is responsible for shipping an authorized warranty return to the service location specified in the RMA case.
- Unauthorized firmware, third-party overclocking, or unsupported modifications may affect warranty coverage only where they caused the fault or prevent reliable diagnosis.
- Damage caused by improper electrical installation, power surges, liquid exposure, inadequate cooling, operation outside specified environmental limits, or tampering with the serial number may be excluded from warranty coverage.
- Covered repairs are targeted for completion within 10 business days after receipt at the authorized service location. If additional time is required, the Customer will receive a written update or an alternative resolution plan.
Shipping Policy▼
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout according to the delivery destination and are shown separately from the product price.
- For retail orders of up to 10 devices, applicable import duties, taxes, and customs-clearance charges are handled by {brandname} under the DDP delivery arrangement. The recipient is not required to pay these import charges separately.
- Orders of more than 10 devices are treated as commercial orders. Import duties, taxes, customs clearance, and related responsibilities are confirmed separately through the applicable Wholesale Quote.
- Every shipment is declared using an accurate commercial description, actual invoice value, and applicable customs classification.
- For in-stock hardware, the estimated dispatch timing is displayed before payment and begins after payment has cleared.
- Production batch pre-orders are dispatched according to the applicable {brandname} batch-release schedule.
- The dispatch origin and shipping carrier are recorded with the order.
- Tracking information is provided once the shipment has been handed over to the carrier.
- Shipments are protected against accepted loss, theft, and physical transit damage up to the invoiced value, subject to the applicable carrier or insurance terms.
- Visible shipping damage should be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Concealed damage should be reported within 7 days. Customers should retain the original packaging, labels, and shipping materials while the claim is reviewed.
- If a shipment problem results from a packing or documentation error attributable to {brandname}, an appropriate repair, replacement, or refund will be provided in accordance with the applicable policy.
