Multi-Depth measurements: Soil Moisture, temperature and electrical conductivity measurements at 10cm (4 in), 20cm (8 in), 30cm (12 in) and 40cm(16 in). High Precision and Sensitivity: High measurement accuracy, less affected by soil salinity, suitable for all kinds of soils. Universal Protocol: MODBUS-RTU RS485 Durable Design : High-quality plastic housing with IP68-rated and protection against corrosion. Easy Integration and Versatile Application: This sensor can be seamlessly integrated with the SenseCAP Sensor Hub 4G Data Logger for efficient data collection and management. Soil electrical conductivity (EC) is the level of salts in soil (salinity). These parameters are vital indicators of soil fertility and health and ultimately affect the plants. When there is a high soil salinity, the salt will make it difficult for the plants to consume water even though there is a high moisture level in the soil. This situation will ultimately "burn" the plants. Plants grow best in their preferred environment, within the optimal ranges of soil moisture, temperature, and EC level. Growers need to have data on these parameters and understand what actions need to be taken to ensure plant health and higher yield. The RS485 Multi-Depth Soil Moisture, Temperature, and EC Sensor has been designed in accordance with industry standards, offering high precision, high sensitivity, and durability. It provides highly accurate and reliable three-dimensional monitoring of soil conductivity, humidity, and temperature by means of sensor nodes installed at different depths.

Warranty, shipping, and purchasing information
Purchasing Guidelines▼
- Full payment is required before an order can proceed to fulfillment and shipment.
- All prices are listed in US dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

Warranty Policy▼
- Eligible hardware purchased directly from {brandname} is covered by a 365-day warranty starting from the date of delivery.
- Warranty coverage is verified through the product serial number and the original sales record.
- Covered faults include verified manufacturing defects, internal component failures not caused by the Customer, delivery damage, and hardware received in a non-operational condition.
- Depending on the technical findings, the resolution may include remote diagnosis, replacement parts, repair, or an equivalent replacement.
- For approved warranty repairs, {brandname} covers standard return shipping after the repair or replacement is completed.
- The Customer is responsible for shipping an authorized warranty return to the service location specified in the RMA case.
- Unauthorized firmware, third-party overclocking, or unsupported modifications may affect warranty coverage only where they caused the fault or prevent reliable diagnosis.
- Damage caused by improper electrical installation, power surges, liquid exposure, inadequate cooling, operation outside specified environmental limits, or tampering with the serial number may be excluded from warranty coverage.
- Covered repairs are targeted for completion within 10 business days after receipt at the authorized service location. If additional time is required, the Customer will receive a written update or an alternative resolution plan.
Shipping Policy▼
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout according to the delivery destination and are shown separately from the product price.
- For retail orders of up to 10 devices, applicable import duties, taxes, and customs-clearance charges are handled by {brandname} under the DDP delivery arrangement. The recipient is not required to pay these import charges separately.
- Orders of more than 10 devices are treated as commercial orders. Import duties, taxes, customs clearance, and related responsibilities are confirmed separately through the applicable Wholesale Quote.
- Every shipment is declared using an accurate commercial description, actual invoice value, and applicable customs classification.
- For in-stock hardware, the estimated dispatch timing is displayed before payment and begins after payment has cleared.
- Production batch pre-orders are dispatched according to the applicable {brandname} batch-release schedule.
- The dispatch origin and shipping carrier are recorded with the order.
- Tracking information is provided once the shipment has been handed over to the carrier.
- Shipments are protected against accepted loss, theft, and physical transit damage up to the invoiced value, subject to the applicable carrier or insurance terms.
- Visible shipping damage should be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Concealed damage should be reported within 7 days. Customers should retain the original packaging, labels, and shipping materials while the claim is reviewed.
- If a shipment problem results from a packing or documentation error attributable to {brandname}, an appropriate repair, replacement, or refund will be provided in accordance with the applicable policy.
