Product Overview
The Wio-WM1302 module is a new generation of LoRaWAN gateway module in mini-PCIe form-factor based on Semtech® SX1302. It features extremely low power consumption and outstanding performance.
NOTE: Please be aware that due to the production testing process, there may be some white glue residue visible near the RFIO interface of the Wio-WM1302 (SPI) – AS923 LoRaWAN Gateway Module, as shown in the image below. This residue does not affect the product's performance or functionality in any way. We recommend that customers with specific expectations about the product’s appearance keep this in mind when ordering. Powered by Semtech® SX1302 baseband LoRa® chip , extremely low power consumption and high performance. Mini-PCIe form factor with the standard 52-pin golden finger , easy to integrate with various gateway devices. Ultra-low operating temperature , no additional heat dissipation needed, reducing the size of LoRaWAN gateway. High sensitivity down to -139 dBm @SF12 with SX1250 TX/RX front-end; TX power up to 26 dBm @3.3V. Certified with CE(EU868), FCC ID(US915), and TELEC(AS923). Simplify the final product certification process. Wio-WM1302 module is a new generation of LoRaWAN gateway module with a mini-PCIe form factor. Based on the Semtech® SX1302 baseband LoRaWAN® chip, Wio-WM1302 unlocks the greater potential capacity of long-range wireless transmission for gateway products. It features higher sensitivity, less power consumption, and lower operating temperature compared with the previous SX1301 and SX1308 LoRa® chips.

Warranty, shipping, and purchasing information
Purchasing Guidelines▼
- Full payment is required before an order can proceed to fulfillment and shipment.
- All prices are listed in US dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
- Available payment methods are confirmed at checkout and may include bank transfer, supported credit or debit cards, and approved cryptocurrency payments.
- Cryptocurrency and foreign-exchange rates are fixed at the rate applied by the payment provider when payment is successfully processed and confirmed.
- Shipping charges are calculated separately at checkout based on the delivery destination and are not included in the displayed retail price.
- After payment is confirmed, an electronic invoice is issued and made available in the Customer account.
- Hardware orders may be cancelled for a full refund before allocation, custom preparation, packing, or dispatch begins.
- If a bank payment is confirmed after the selected production batch has closed, the Customer may choose the next available batch or request a full refund.
- Approved refunds are initiated within seven business days and are returned through the original payment method, subject to the applicable verification requirements.
Warranty Policy▼
- Eligible hardware purchased directly from {brandname} is covered by a 365-day warranty starting from the date of delivery.
- Warranty coverage is verified through the product serial number and the original sales record.
- Covered faults include verified manufacturing defects, internal component failures not caused by the Customer, delivery damage, and hardware received in a non-operational condition.
- Depending on the technical findings, the resolution may include remote diagnosis, replacement parts, repair, or an equivalent replacement.
- For approved warranty repairs, {brandname} covers standard return shipping after the repair or replacement is completed.
- The Customer is responsible for shipping an authorized warranty return to the service location specified in the RMA case.
- Unauthorized firmware, third-party overclocking, or unsupported modifications may affect warranty coverage only where they caused the fault or prevent reliable diagnosis.
- Damage caused by improper electrical installation, power surges, liquid exposure, inadequate cooling, operation outside specified environmental limits, or tampering with the serial number may be excluded from warranty coverage.
- Covered repairs are targeted for completion within 10 business days after receipt at the authorized service location. If additional time is required, the Customer will receive a written update or an alternative resolution plan.
Shipping Policy▼
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout according to the delivery destination and are shown separately from the product price.
- For retail orders of up to 10 devices, applicable import duties, taxes, and customs-clearance charges are handled by {brandname} under the DDP delivery arrangement. The recipient is not required to pay these import charges separately.
- Orders of more than 10 devices are treated as commercial orders. Import duties, taxes, customs clearance, and related responsibilities are confirmed separately through the applicable Wholesale Quote.
- Every shipment is declared using an accurate commercial description, actual invoice value, and applicable customs classification.
- For in-stock hardware, the estimated dispatch timing is displayed before payment and begins after payment has cleared.
- Production batch pre-orders are dispatched according to the applicable {brandname} batch-release schedule.
- The dispatch origin and shipping carrier are recorded with the order.
- Tracking information is provided once the shipment has been handed over to the carrier.
- Shipments are protected against accepted loss, theft, and physical transit damage up to the invoiced value, subject to the applicable carrier or insurance terms.
- Visible shipping damage should be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Concealed damage should be reported within 7 days. Customers should retain the original packaging, labels, and shipping materials while the claim is reviewed.
- If a shipment problem results from a packing or documentation error attributable to {brandname}, an appropriate repair, replacement, or refund will be provided in accordance with the applicable policy.
